We are seeking reliable and outgoing support workers to join our team in the Brisbane North Region.

About the Role:
  • As a support worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality 1:1 support to individuals with intellectual impairments, mental health and/or physical disabilities.

You will assist with daily living activities, including personal care, medication administration, and challenging behaviors. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality support services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized support to clients with varying levels of need
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal care and medication administration
  • Support clients to participate in community-based activities and medical appointments

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum Cert III or higher in a relevant field
  • 12+ months paid experience working in a similar role
  • A QLD PAID Blue Card/ Working with Children Check
  • A PAID (P) NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • A First Aid Certificate (current)
  • CPR Certificate (current)
  • Able to provide 100 points of ID, including evidence of work rights in Australia
  • National Police Check (current & relevant)
  • COVID Vaccinated (2 doses)
  • An unrestricted Open QLD Driver Licence
  • Own reliable transport
  • Full Comprehensive Car Insurance
  • A Smartphone (iOS or Android)
