About the Role

We are seeking a Store Manager to lead our team at the Sheridan Launceston Outlet.

This role works an average of 38 hours per week, from Tuesday to Saturday.

  • Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs, and targets.
  • Drive a high-performing team that provides exceptional customer service.
  • Develop strong leadership skills to coach and grow your team.
  • Maintain store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and rostering.
  • Analyse reports to make commercial decisions that drive business growth.
