We're seeking a passionate and dynamic leader to join our vibrant team for a 6-month maternity leave cover. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for shaping brighter futures with your hands-on leadership and innovative thinking.

You'll empower clients with new experiences, life skills, and opportunities—all with the support of our incredible team.

You'll work closely with the Senior Service Manager to drive awesome outcomes, smash goals, and guide your team to be their very best.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-performing teams to achieve outstanding results
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve client outcomes
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance service delivery

About You:

  • You're a natural-born leader who loves empowering others
  • You've got big ideas and love to help create programs that truly make a difference
  • You're laser-focused on client goals—helping people achieve independence, confidence, and more

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a leader in the disability sector (bonus if it's in community services)
  • Completed Certificate III in Community Services
