Job Title:  Executive Director of Empowerment

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Executive Director of Empowerment to join our vibrant team for a 6-month maternity leave cover. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1 year's experience as a leader in the disability sector, with expertise in community services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year's experience as a leader in the disability sector (bonus if it's in community services)
  • Certificate III in Community Services
  • Bursting with creativity and ability to turn big ideas into reality
  • An exceptional communicator who can engage with anyone
  • Happiness to mix support worker and administration days
