As a Dedicated Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering personalized behaviour support to individuals seeking individualized support. You will collaborate closely with colleagues to implement, monitor and review strategies that foster positive outcomes.
About the Opportunity:- Deliver customized behaviour support services to diverse clients across various age groups.
- Develop tailored behaviour support plans and provide guidance on their implementation.
- Engage with diverse stakeholders within a capacity building framework.
- Conduct training sessions on behaviour support as needed.
- Monitor and follow up on corrective actions for behaviour-related incident reports.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement behaviour support plans.
- Provide mentorship to staff on implementing behaviour support plans.
- Support clients, staff, and families by utilizing a positive behaviour support approach.
- Offer skills development support to clients, staff, and families.
- Adopt a person-centred approach in daily practice.
- Cultivate effective relationships with a diverse range of clients with disabilities.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications.
- Tertiary qualification in disability or community services sector.
