We are seeking a reliable and empathetic individual to provide support services for people with disabilities, mental health diagnosis, and complex behaviours. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in meeting their independent living skills and enabling them to undertake all aspects of daily living.

">Key Responsibilities:">

- Provide personal care and assistance with medication.
- Mentor and support clients in developing their communication and social skills.
- Record participants' achievements, requirements, and reinforce positive behaviours.
- Actively participate in staff meetings and training.

">Requirements:">

- Relevant industry experience and knowledge.
- Comprehensive understanding of mental health and its impact on individuals.
- Ability to work with and mentor clients.
- Valid Working with Childrens Check
- Valid Police Check
- Valid CPR and First Aid
- Driving license
- COVID-19 Vaccination
