About the Position

We are seeking a dynamic nursing leader with advanced clinical knowledge and skills in surgical and medical nursing. The ideal candidate will have experience leading teams, managing budgets, and driving quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and direction to achieve high-quality care.
  • Manage a team of over 38 FTE nursing and support staff.
  • Drive quality improvement and adherence to clinical governance frameworks.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading medical or surgical units.
  • Advanced clinical knowledge and skills in medical and surgical nursing.
