Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Key Performance Indicators of Success:

  • Financial Analysis and Planning - Provide timely and accurate financial information and associated analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Cost Optimization - Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives that enhance profitability and minimize expenses.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting - Coordinate the annual budget process, periodic forecasts, and financial estimates to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Process Improvement - Participate in or lead cross-functional initiatives to maximize value creation through streamlined processes and systems.
Requirements for Success:
  • Minimum 5-7 years experience in managerial/cost accounting, financial planning, and analysis.
  • Strong research, analytical, and critical thinking skills, detail oriented.
  • Effective communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • CPA or other relevant advanced degree.
  • Experience in a process manufacturing environment or related industry.
  • Knowledge of integrated information systems.
