Job Overview

We seek a passionate, innovative, and engaging Clinical Supervisor to join our school setting. This role offers a varied and engaging caseload with small class sizes and a high staff-to-student ratio, allowing for meaningful impact on each student's learning journey.

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in creating positive change in the lives of our students. Your expertise in behaviour analysis will guide our dedicated team, guaranteeing each student receives individualized support to thrive in a school environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement ABA programs for autistic children in clinical, community, home based or school settings.
  • Supervise therapists in ABA programs within classroom and/or in-home settings.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff and ABA/behaviour specialists to maximize each student's progress.
  • Provide training for your team and parents.
