MASH Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate professional to join our MASH Team, providing safe care and support to adults at risk.
The successful candidate will work closely with service users, families, and healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred care that meets individual needs and aspirations. Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the delivery of agreed plans of care, ensuring service users are supported safely and their needs are met.
- Providing personal care, including supporting service users with daily tasks such as dressing, washing, and eating.
- Monitoring progress, identifying triggers for challenging behaviour, and acting appropriately in line with guidelines.
- Working with senior officers to plan daily activities and risk assessments, promoting positive well-being and engagement.
- Attending and contributing positively to meetings, sharing interactions with service users and highlighting issues.
- Qualifications: DIPSW or equivalent in Social Work, Social Work England registration, Enhanced DBS certificate.
- Excellent communication skills, decision-making abilities, and IT skills.
- Ability to work alone and within teams, knowledge of service needs, and flexible approach to work hours.
