Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Geotechnical Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will play a pivotal role in understanding ground conditions and developing innovative solutions for infrastructure projects. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the success of client projects and contributing to the growth of our company.

Responsibilities:

- Communicate effectively with clients and project engineers to understand and define project requirements.
- Plan, specify, and manage site investigations and laboratory testing programs.
- Develop site safety management plans and ensure compliance during investigation works.
- Analyze field and laboratory data to provide accurate geotechnical analyses.
- Prepare detailed geotechnical reports and contribute to the development of client relationships.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A recognized tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering and eligibility for Chartership with Engineers Australia (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering design and industry-standard software such as LPile, Plaxis, and AutoCAD.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in geotechnical design and construction, with a focus on large infrastructure or buildings projects.
- Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills, with the ability to deliver solutions under limited supervision.
- A proactive and client-focused attitude, with the ability to foster positive relationships and support team development.
