Key Role: Technical Solutions Developer

As a skilled IT professional, you will design, develop, and test technical solutions that meet business needs. This role involves working alongside the Business Systems Manager and a collaborative support team to resolve system issues and contribute to a strong culture of knowledge sharing within the IT Services group.

Our organization is seeking a strategic thinker with a passion for technology architecture and team success. You will play a key role in driving network strategy, mentoring the team, and delivering robust, secure, and scalable solutions.


Job Description:
  • Design and support secure, efficient application architectures
  • Enable seamless data sharing between systems
  • Provide expert advice on databases and development projects
  • Keep documentation up to date and processes streamlined

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge and working experience developing applications
  • Technically proficient in Rocket Universe EAP
  • Experience with the Linux OS
  • An understanding of SQL databases and SQL
  • Experience of agile and iterative methodologies
  • Experience of a Product Manufacturing Environment
  • Ability to write solution designs, functional documentation, unit test plans, release notes, as built and training guides
  • Ability to maintain code and files via GitHub
  • Demonstrated experience in the management of risks associated with applications and use of Release Change Control
  • Flexibility and adaptability to new ways of thinking
