National Engagement Lead

We are seeking an experienced and influential professional to lead the national stakeholder engagement strategy for our Australian Cancer Navigation Service.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in stakeholder engagement and be able to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government, cancer sector organisations, and priority population groups.
About the RoleThis project aims to integrate, strengthen, and digitalise navigation pathways alongside key cancer sector stakeholders, offering new ways for people to connect with support that best meets their needs now and into the future.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and refine a National stakeholder engagement strategy aligned with project deliverables and governance.
- Represent our organisation in national forums, media, conferences, and sector events as delegated, ensuring consistent messaging.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government, partners, cancer sector organisations, and priority population groups.
- Provide expert advice to the CEO, Program Director, and governance forums on stakeholder insights, risks, and opportunities.
- Ensure alignment with the 10-Year Australian Cancer Plan and contribute to long-term sustainability and investment opportunities.
