National Student Engagement Specialist

The National Student Engagement Manager plays a pivotal role in driving student satisfaction and success.
About the RoleThis position oversees national engagement initiatives, ensuring all students feel included and valued.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive student engagement strategy, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to foster a positive and inclusive student experience.
- Plan and coordinate campus events, orientation, and graduation to promote student engagement and sense of belonging.
- Implement and analyze a student satisfaction survey framework to identify areas for improvement and meet reporting requirements.
- Promote social media platforms to increase student engagement and awareness.
- Establish and maintain relationships with alumni and student committees/ambassadors to leverage their expertise and support.
- Proactively engage with the student community to increase participation in campus events and enhance student life.
- Promote student counselling services and coordinate student-at-risk programs to ensure student well-being.
- Manage nationally relevant student communications and a student newsletter to keep students informed and engaged.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Experience in event planning, coordination, and delivery, including project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to communicate effectively to diverse student, staff, and stakeholder groups.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, handle multiple priorities, and projects simultaneously, with strong problem-solving skills.
- A commitment to improving student engagement and customer experience, with a focus on delivering exceptional results.
