We are seeking a Chief Medical Director to lead our hospital administration team.

Responsibilities include organizing and monitoring clinical services, adhering to hospital policies and guidelines, and performing duties assigned as a consultant physician.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, be able to assume responsibility for patients under medical care, and participate in committees aimed at upgrading services.

A successful applicant will contribute to planning and implementing departmental development and staff training programs, engage in medical education and research activities, and perform interventions relevant to the specialization.

In addition, they will assess and update drug, medical supply, and equipment needs, share in scheduling on-call duties, and provide on-call services.

The selected individual will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with medical staff and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
  1. Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior medical role
  3. Strong leadership and management skills
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work effectively with medical staff and other stakeholders
