As a Chief Design Director, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within budget. With a proven track record of delivering projects successfully, you will be responsible for leading the review of project design for regulatory compliance.

About the Role:
  • Lead and manage consultants to deliver high-quality design documentation that meets industry standards.
  • Collaborate with the construction team and trade subcontractors to review the design for constructability.
  • Participate in the methodology development for the delivery of the project, ensuring it aligns with company goals.
About You:
  • Proven experience as a Design Manager or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Experience in Autocad, Revit, and Bluebeam is preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
