Job Title: Experienced Care Leader
Leadership Opportunity in Outside School Hours CareA well-established service is seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our team as a Second in Charge. This permanent, part-time opportunity offers hands-on experience in the OSHC industry, with support from a Director of Service to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with the school community through regular attendance at events and assemblies.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and implement enriching experiences for children based on their preferences.
- Foster strong relationships with children and their families, providing a safe and welcoming environment.
- Support the development and implementation of programs that promote children's learning and well-being.
- Contribute to the maintenance of high-quality care standards, adhering to industry regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Before and After School Care or education, with a Diploma qualification relevant to the ACECQA standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude, with a passion for creating engaging experiences for children.
- Ability to maintain a fun and energetic attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions:
The role requires working split shifts, Monday to Friday, 6:30am - 9:00am and 2:15pm - 6:00pm. The service location is Dalby.
