Your expertise will be essential in implementing best practices, promoting continuous improvement, and creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring seamless delivery of high-quality early learning and care services.
- Lead and develop a talented team of educators, fostering their growth and professional development.
- Cultivate strong relationships with families, caregivers, and the local community, promoting trust and open communication.
- Implement best practices, policies, and procedures that align with our vision and values.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on quality, safety, and innovation.
- Master's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (or equivalent qualification).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in senior leadership roles within early childhood education.
- Proven track record of delivering results-driven outcomes, improving quality, and enhancing staff engagement.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
