We're seeking a talented UX Designer to join our team and create meaningful digital experiences that enhance usability, efficiency, and overall user engagement.

About the Role:

In this dynamic environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading UX design initiatives, ensuring all digital experiences align with best practices in usability, accessibility, and interaction design.
  • Conducting user research, usability testing, and data analysis to drive evidence-based design improvements.
  • Developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using industry-standard tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Capturing user behaviours, motivations, and pain points through journey maps and personas to guide design solutions.
  • Testing and experimenting with UX methods to ensure iterative design improvements based on user feedback and analytics.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum of five years' experience in UX design, including user research, rapid prototyping, and UI design.
  • Proficiency in UX and UI design tools, including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping platforms.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills to translate user needs into clear design strategies.
  • Experience in UX research and usability testing, ensuring designs are validated through evidence-based insights.
  • Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design, ensuring products comply with WCAG standards.
  • Experience working with agile development teams, embedding UX best practices into iterative design workflows.
