Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital learning design, especially for leadership or people development audiences.
  • Strong instructional design skills and a portfolio of digital content driving behaviour change.
  • Proficiency in tools like Articulate, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite and eLearning platforms.
  • A curious mindset exploring emerging technologies like AI and enhancing learning experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent consulting and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Passion for creating impactful learning experiences.
