Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Digital Experience Creator to join our team. As a key member of the Product and Design teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our digital products.

About the Role

  1. You will partner with stakeholders to build a shared understanding and buy-in amongst team members, collaborating effectively to deliver high-quality results.
  2. Independently lead UX projects, conducting research, designing information architectures, and focusing on interaction design.
  3. Conduct both primary and secondary UX research, interpreting and synthesising data to generate and communicate actionable insights.
  4. Design and iterate user flows and wireframes, adhering to established interaction design principles.
  5. Create interactive prototypes and present findings, championing user-centred design in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Years of experience as a UX designer.
  • Ability to define problems to solve or opportunities to pursue for mid-complexity projects, leveraging user research and business intelligence.
  • Confidence to conduct qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Experience in designing and iterating user flows and wireframes.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
