Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at IPAR. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a critical role in leading the IPAR HR Strategy, contributing to our parent company's HR initiatives, and managing our employee experience across all stages of their career with IPAR.

This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, working part-time (4 days per week) with the flexibility to work from home remotely or from one of our offices across Australia. You will work closely with our brand leaders to align people and strategy, contributing to the delivery of divisional and brand strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Driving Diversity and Inclusion, Reconciliation Action Objectives, and enhancing our people and potential framework
  • Developing strong partnerships with leaders and providing practical advice and services across the employment lifecycle
  • Ensuring legislation and policy are supported within the organisation and empowering local teams to optimize levels of wellbeing and productivity to support service excellence

Requirements:

  • Practical experience as a HR generalist, with a relevant qualification in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • Proven track record of supporting leaders to be the best they can be in running their business units
  • Strong relationship management and customer service skills
