The role of the Program Development Manager involves leading the planning and implementation of a training program for staff, focusing on legislation impacting bodies corporate. Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a comprehensive training plan for staff to provide information on specific legislations.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic communication plans for establishing and delivering information services through various mediums.
- Implement project plans considering communications, training, business process change, and workforce change management.
- Liaise with stakeholders to prepare information tools promoting dispute avoidance and resolution.
- Monitor project progress, risks, and performance frameworks to achieve desired outcomes and objectives.
The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and maintaining positive working relationships. They will also be expected to develop and maintain high-level knowledge of relevant legislation and its impact on bodies corporate.
