Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, 38 hours per week, responsible for the day-to-day running of our Outside School Hours Care service. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing quality programs, managing daily operations, coordinating staffing and rostering, ensuring compliance with policy, undertaking administrative tasks, and working collaboratively with families and the school community.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage quality programs that meet the needs of children and young people
  • Coordinate staffing and rostering to ensure adequate coverage
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures
  • Undertake administrative tasks as required
  • Work collaboratively with families and the school community to deliver high-quality services
Requirements
  • Completed (or close to completing) a relevant qualification in Childcare or Teaching (minimum - Diploma of Children's Services)
  • Sound experience in assisting with programming and a passion for providing quality childcare
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid First Aid and CPR certifications, or willingness to obtain them
  • Current Blue Card, or willingness to obtain one
