Facilities Maintenance Specialist

The successful applicant will play a pivotal role in ensuring the physical environment within our facility remains safe, functional, and comfortable.
- Facility Management: Oversee routine maintenance tasks throughout the residence. This includes inspecting and repairing plumbing, electrical systems, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, as well as handling general repairs to keep the building in good working condition.
- Safety and Compliance: Maintain adherence to safety regulations and building codes.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure equipment used in the facility is properly maintained and repaired or outsourced to external companies when necessary.
