Our company is seeking a Marketing Associate with an events management focus to join our team. This role will be responsible for managing the customer, industry and employee events calendar (including brand placement, presentations, venue hire). The successful candidate will work closely with marketing leadership to promote events via proprietary channels and coordinate all event services, such as catering, signage, displays, audiovisual equipment, printing, security.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
  • Developing, producing and delivering events from proposal to execution
  • Delivering events on time, within budget, that meet or exceed expectations
  • Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
  • Creating and maintaining supplier relationships
  • Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently

The ideal candidate will have at least 12 months experience in a similar events focused marketing role, as well as experience managing organisational social identity and consistency of tone of voice. Expert level eye for detail in written content is also essential. Ideal candidates will have previous B2B marketing experience and mortgage or banking industry experience will be an advantage.Additional Information
