Job Description

The Senior Business Development Coordinator oversees the pursuit and bid support needs in a specific State/Country. The role provides professional support for work-winning activities in the development and management of pursuits and bids.

This involves coordinating and inputting to pursuits, developing bids with proposal teams, and supporting other client-specific business development related activities.

This requires an understanding of the firm's services, industry, markets, and people.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage bids across the designated state/country, ensuring alignment with strategy.
  • Proactively manage multiple tender processes of varying scale and complexity, including bid scheduling, compliance, and document production, with full accountability for bid coordination.
  • Support business development decisions and analyze bid performance metrics.
  • Guide win strategies, collaborate with teams, and contribute to improvements in bidding processes and success rates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven track record in bidding, including scheduling and production, with at least 8 years of experience.
  • Strong proofing and content development skills.
  • Excellent internal influencing and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Dynamics CRM (desirable).
