Product Designer Role

The position involves the creation of innovative products that cater to outdoor play needs.

As a key member of our product department, you will be responsible for designing and developing high-quality products from concept through to mass production.

This role requires an individual with strong design skills and experience in collaborating on product strategy and vision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing Vuly products from concept through to mass production
  • Collaborating on product strategy and vision
  • Assisting and mentoring junior designers
  • Working with offshore suppliers to bring products to mass production
  • Market research and consumer trend analysis
  • Prototyping of design concepts using various methods
  • Ensuring products meet safety and quality standards

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree or higher in Industrial Design or a recognized equivalent
  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in a similar role designing quality consumer products
  • Experience with designing injection-moulded parts and steel fabrication is highly desirable
  • Advanced-level Solidworks CAD skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively or autonomously
  • Willingness to travel overseas is required
