About the Role

This position is responsible for training Operations staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The scope includes evaluating and enhancing existing training deliverables, developing work instructions, and supporting management with quality assurance checks and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train staff with in-depth knowledge of Novated products and Operational functions
  • Consult with stakeholders to identify and prioritize key company initiatives and products, events, and industry insights
  • Design and deliver technical training programs across all SG Platforms, ensuring competencies and learning outcomes are achieved
  • Employ various training delivery methods to increase competency and drive efficiency
  • Assist with change management activities and deliver training on operating platforms
  • Partner with the Customer Experience team to enhance initiatives and lift NPS
  • Maintain training records and create operational training content and assets
  • Upskill, facilitate, and provide training solutions based on customer feedback
  • Spot check operational processes to identify training needs
  • Engage with the business and stakeholders to manage and contribute to a strong risk, quality, and compliance management culture
Requirements
  • A sound working knowledge of SG Fleets Operating platforms
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Leadership experience and excellent stakeholder management
  • Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Ability to learn how to create training plans, training material, and train individuals and large teams
  • Competent level of computer literacy
  • Proven ability to work autonomously and manage resources and time effectively
