We are partnering with a leading national property group to offer an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Centre Manager or Senior Retail Manager in Canberra.

This esteemed organisation operates across Australia, boasting a substantial portfolio of properties including prominent shopping centres. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a retail precinct that has undergone a recent transformation and revitalisation, offering a unique dining experience for local residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Critical retailer management, including debt collection and financial planning
  • Relationship and operational management of retailers, maintaining positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and local government
  • Team leadership and recruitment of additional centre staff
  • Maintaining overall performance of the property, assessing retailer performance, and identifying opportunities for sales improvement
  • Monthly reporting to the management team, competitor and market research, and collaboration with the national team on centre strategy and development plans

To be considered for this role, we are seeking candidates with experience as a Centre Manager or high-performing Retail Manager, with a proven track record in operational management of retail assets.

Compensation Package
  • $85,000 - $95,000 per annum, plus superannuation
  • Salary negotiable based on experience
