Senior Education Officer Position

The Faculty of Engineering is seeking an experienced Senior Education Support Officer to drive excellence across our education portfolio.
This is a key leadership role that requires the incumbent to shape the student experience and contribute to education support operations and projects.
- Overseeing semester operations, including examinations, integrity, progression, appeals, results processing, and related activities.
- Providing senior administrative support to academic and teaching staff, offering expert policy interpretation and procedural guidance.
- Fostering collaboration and communication by building effective relationships across the Faculty, with central units, and among Education Support Officers.
- Enhancing education processes through feedback-driven continuous improvement.
- Coordinating and contributing to strategic initiatives and projects that advance education services.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of training and experience is required. Relevant skills and experience should be outlined in your cover letter and attached to your application.
Unrestricted work rights in Australia are required for this position, and visa sponsorship is not available. Pre-employment checks will be conducted before employment commences.
