Educational Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic leader to lead our educational programs at Rouse Hill.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement educational programs aligned with the My Time, Our Place framework.
- Mentor and support educators to develop their practice and build confidence in program delivery.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), including the National Quality Standards (NQS).
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and the community.
- Work collaboratively with the team to continuously improve service quality and outcomes for children.
Requirements include a completed Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent, prior experience working in a long day-care centre in a senior or leadership role, sound practical knowledge of the NQF, EYLF, and My Time Our Place, current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates, and a current Working with Children check.
