Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with local development partners to gather information and data for analysis.
- Compile internal data and prepare documents for reporting purposes.
- Communicate with development partners to ensure smooth project execution.
- Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Prepare reports on meetings and internal approvals.
- Manage office administration tasks, including ordering supplies.
- Liaise with partner companies and developers to ensure effective collaboration.
Requirements:
- Native-level Japanese language skills and proficiency in English.
- Background in commercial or residential property management is highly desirable.
- Permanent resident, partner visa, or Australian citizenship is required.
- No working holiday or student visa applicants will be considered.
