As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for the efficient management of day-to-day operations in the kitchen division and Food & Beverage department.

You will work closely with our Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure that both divisions meet Hyatt standards and exceed guest expectations through unique and local experiences.

We are looking for someone who can motivate and inspire their team to achieve personal and professional goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Chef de Partie - Banqueting in a large hotel or restaurant, and possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of operational and functional aspects of kitchen administration.

This role requires the ability to manage labor and food costs effectively, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of kitchen hygiene and occupational health and safety.
