Executive Support Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide executive support as a liaison between the board, executive team, and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage correspondence and communications on behalf of the board
  • Coordinate board and committee meetings and events with ease
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive board matters at all times
  • Prepare meeting materials, presentations, and reports with precision
  • Record meeting minutes and distribute action items efficiently
  • Conduct research and provide support on special projects as needed
  • Act as a bridge between the board, executive team, and external stakeholders
  • Review and assess policy effectiveness regularly and make recommendations for improvement
  • Ensure necessary registers are established and properly maintained

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
  • Possession of Policy and Governance experience (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
