Board Director Job Opportunity

We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our board as a Board Director.

The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic business and commercial acumen, experience in aged care clinical governance, senior acute care clinical governance, and exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

  • Strategic Business Acumen
  • Aged Care Clinical Governance Experience
  • Senior Acute Care Clinical Governance

The role requires active participation in bi-monthly board meetings and committees, as well as attendance at an annual full-day strategic planning session. AICD credentials are highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide strategic guidance to the CEO and management team.
  2. Ensure sound leadership practices are in place.
  3. Work closely with the CEO to realise the organisation's vision.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Board Director in a large, complex, and highly regulated organisation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a transformational change environment.
  • Well-developed governance skills.
