We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinical Educator to lead our training initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and implement comprehensive training programs for staff that promote high-quality patient care and compliance with industry protocols.
  • Create engaging content for Annual Competency training program and new staff induction program.
  • Design and manage a training schedule up to 12 months in advance.
  • Collaborate with management, clinicians, and quality managers to identify staff training needs.
  • Develop tailored training programs for staff requiring specific skills and training gaps.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Extensive experience in the patient care industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to lead a learning environment via formal and informal training.
  • Relevant experience in patient transport.
Mandatory Vaccination Policy:

Hepatitis B, Chicken Pox, Measles, Mumps and Rubella, Diphtheria, Tetanus and Pertussis, Tuberculosis, and Annual Influenza vaccination are mandatory.
