The Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient assessments and interventions during on-road transport
  • Provide high-quality patient care and treatment
  • Develop positive working relationships with patients and stakeholders
  • Assess the effectiveness of interventions according to guidelines and regulations
  • Work independently and problem-solve within established policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with other team members
  • Maintain knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulations

Requirements:

  • Certification as a Patient Transport Officer (PTO) or equivalent
  • Experience in non-emergency patient care is preferred but not essential
  • Fully qualified Victorian driver's license
  • Availability to work shifts across a 7-day roster
