The Digital Product Lead will oversee a multifunctional team in developing and maintaining an online card payment product, its core processing system and aspects of scalability, reliability, security and compliance. This role demands expertise in card payment processing and knowledge of the market landscape. Key responsibilities include formulating a vision for card payments, executing near to medium term strategies, prioritizing the team's backlog and measuring product capabilities' success.

Candidates successful in this role will have 6+ years of experience in product management, strong understanding of card payment processing and excellent verbal and written communication skills. They should be able to extract actionable insights from customer and stakeholder interactions and discuss technical solution trade-offs with engineers.

We prioritize information security and expect all employees to adhere to security policies and practices, ensure confidentiality and integrity of information, report suspected information security breaches and complete mandatory security training.
