Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled payment operations professional to join our team on a 12 month contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end operations for all card and deposit products, ensuring their effective operation from enquiry and origination through to account initiation, account usage, account maintenance and account closure.

Key responsibilities include processing daily payments chargebacks and disputes, managing term deposit maturities and notice withdrawals, managing the successful submission of payment batches and SWIFTS, managing audit confirmations, trace and recall requests, investigating outstanding reconciliation items, preparing and settling Foreign Currency deals, and uploading batch payments for leasing products.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and work proactively
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work well with others
  • Ability to demonstrate a sense of urgency when required
