Job Opportunity:

The Transition to Work Program is seeking a motivated Site Manager to lead site operations. Key responsibilities include leading and supporting the TtW site team, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, building strong networks, monitoring site performance outcomes, and driving innovative approaches to youth engagement and job placement.

This role requires a leader with experience in Employment Services, Youth Work, Community Services, or a related discipline. The successful applicant will hold a relevant qualification and be willing to undergo a Working with Children Check, Police Check, and other relevant pre-employment screening.

The Site Manager will work closely with employers, industry groups, and community stakeholders to achieve service delivery standards. This is an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people.
