Youth Development Manager

This is a leadership role that provides supervision and guidance to youth workers and teams. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the program manager to develop and implement strategic plans for metropolitan networks and projects.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead and manage a team of youth workers and supervisors to achieve high-quality service delivery and outcomes.
- Develop and implement training programs and resources for youth workers and supervisors.
- Contribute to the development of policies, procedures and guidelines related to youth support services.
**Requirements:**
- Demonstrated experience in supervising staff and leading youth-focused services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, including young people, other agencies, government departments and community groups.
- Highly developed organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to plan and manage effective work programs and meet deadlines.
