Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing Career Opportunities: Identify and create suitable job openings for clients, matching them to roles that align with their strengths and aspirations.
  • Inclusive Employment Advocacy: Champion inclusive employment practices, focusing on individuals with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Employer Engagement: Collaborate with employers to address skill shortages through innovative recruitment strategies and role carving.
  • Work Experience Brokerage: Arrange work experiences to build participant skills and assess employer-client compatibility.
  • Disability Awareness Training: Deliver training to boost disability awareness and inclusion within workplaces.
  • Network Development: Establish relationships with employers and community members to create job opportunities.
  • Client Support: Provide tailored coaching, link clients to opportunities, and collaborate with employers to open doors.

You bring empathy, energy, and a strong drive to make a difference. With experience or a genuine passion for employment services, you're confident supporting people, building trust, and guiding them into fulfilling careers.

Essential Criteria:
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in employment or human services are desirable.
  • Performance Management: Proven ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) and manage workload effectively.
  • Employment Barriers: Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Clinical Skills: Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Driver's License: A current driver's license is essential for this role.
