Observability Practice Lead

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced leader to drive our infrastructure services forward. This role is pivotal in leading the Level 3 Observability team, driving the shift from reactive to predictive technology management using advanced tools and data.

The successful candidate will be instrumental in designing, building, and running the Observability practice as part of Network Secure Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead service delivery and drive adoption of observability tools such as Splunk, App-D, Elastic, OTEL
  • Enable AI-Ops and optimize data use to improve customer experience
  • Ensure KPI achievement and high satisfaction across enterprise technology domains
  • Manage L3 support, tools, ML Ops, onboarding, L2 support, product management, and analytics
  • Work towards shifting from reactive to predictive technology management using advanced tools and data
  • Improve customer experience through effective service delivery and tool adoption

Your Background:

  • Strong technical expertise with App-D, Elastic, and Splunk, OTEL
  • At least 3 years' experience leading technical teams
  • Experience in Service Delivery Management and AI-Ops is desirable
  • Project Management skills are advantageous
  • Commercial Acumen is beneficial
  • Ability to drive adoption of observability tools (Splunk, App-D, Elastic, OTEL)
  • Capability to enable AI-Ops and optimize data use
