Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned SAP Practice Director to lead our SAP consulting practice. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, delivering high-quality projects, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • SAP Practice Leadership: Develop and implement the strategic direction for our SAP practice, including service offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the successful delivery of complex SAP projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of SAP consultants.
Requirements:
  • Leadership Experience: 5-10 years of experience in SAP consulting, with a proven track record of leading SAP practices and teams.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of SAP solutions, particularly S/4 HANA, Success Factors, and other cloud-based solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
