Our always-on learning agenda drives their continuous improvement through building and transferring digital skills, expertise, and ideas from our innovation ecosystem.Location: Brisbane, AustraliaSalary: AUD 192,845 – 209,939 Annual GrossPlease Note: - The above salary range is only indicative and maybe subject to suitable enhancements, based on internal company processes.About The RoleWe are seeking a seasoned SAP Program Director to lead a multi-year digital transformation initiative, encompassing a brownfield conversion to SAP S/4 HANA and the implementation of SAP HR, Concur, and Ariba .
This strategic leadership role will oversee the modernization of core business processes across Finance, Procurement, HR, and Asset Management .Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of a large-scale SAP transformation program, ensuring alignment with business strategy and value realization.
Oversee the brownfield conversion to SAP S/4 HANA, and implementation of SAP HR, Concur, and Ariba solutions.
Establish and manage program governance, delivery frameworks, and stakeholder engagement models.
Drive integration across business functions including Finance, HR, Procurement, and Asset Management.
Manage vendor relationships, program budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
Provide executive-level reporting and communication to sponsors and steering committees.
Champion change management, business readiness, and adoption strategies across the enterprise.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
Required Experience & Qualifications20+ years of experience in SAP program delivery, with at least 10 years in leadership roles.
Proven track record in managing large-scale SAP S/4 HANA programs, preferably in brownfield conversion scenarios.
Experience with SAP HR, Concur, and Ariba implementations.
Strong understanding of utilities or asset-intensive industries.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex stakeholder environments.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and strategic planning skills.
Experience in multi-year, multi-entity transformation programs.
Preferred QualificationsSAP certifications in S/4 HANA and related modules.
Background in program management (e.g., PMP, MSP).
Experience with SAP Signavio or similar process modelling tools.
Finance or HR domain expertise is a plus.
