Lead SAP Programs and Practice

We are seeking an experienced Director to oversee the execution of our SAP programs and practice.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a trusted advisor with C-level and board members confidence to lead the team.

This role requires a senior SAP experienced program director or practice leader to drive discovery, preparation, and planning phases. The position entails leading pursuit and projects with a focus on delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to develop and present bids, ensuring accurate dollar value figures support transformation or migration to their board.
  • Provide trusted client-facing advice and act as a 'safe pair of hands' for customers.
  • Develop scenarios and processes, contribute to business cases, define functional scope, provide technical approach to migrations, and lead sourcing strategies and activities of the system integrator (SI).
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven background and experience with SAP and familiarity with the entire process.
  • Ideal experience with SAP S4 journey.
  • Top-tier or big 4 consultancy experience beneficial.
  • Experienced Program Director, Project Manager, or Practice Director/Leader required.
  • Able to lead sourcing strategies and activities of an SI.
  • Has set up scenarios and processes, assisted with governance structure, and contributed to business cases.
  • IT and business strategy skills essential.
  • Useful to have been involved with the assurance of proactive ongoing support for customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
