Design Delivery Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Delivery Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our design solutions group, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our design managers, portfolio managers, and broader design teams in the execution and finalization of design delivery.

  • You will assist in the management of project design documentation, including drawing registers, transmittals, and handover documentation.
  • You will contribute to the collection of relevant data, including project resourcing and scheduling requirements.
  • You will assist with the administration of external design contract management, including collecting and maintaining records of contractor performance feedback and work forecasts.
  • You will foster positive relationships with internal teams, external contractors, and third-party authorities.

Your Expertise

  • A degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or equivalent, or Diploma level qualifications coupled with relevant experience in a project/design support environment.
