About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sustainable Delivery Specialist to join our Enterprise Delivery team, where you will be part of the Centre of Excellence Community to network and share knowledge with other agile practitioners and leaders.

As a Sustainable Delivery Specialist, you will help deliver outcomes in a fast, sustainable, and effective manner by embedding ways of working aligned to Suncorp's delivery model - 'Momentum'. You will work within the infrastructure space, supporting public cloud, private cloud, containers, and facilities (physical data centres, site visits logistics).

You will be key in transforming the infrastructure teams to smarter and better ways of working, utilising your experience in designing and managing Jira boards. The position requires a 'can-do' flexible attitude, someone who is able to prioritise, drive to deadlines, and respond to change easily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Agile Leads to sequence work and manage dependencies across Squads
  • Manage flow, sequencing, slicing, and velocity of work within the squads
  • Monitor Squad performance and identifies opportunities for improvement
  • Perform Squad level reporting and manage RAID
  • Communicate and embody the Momentum mindset

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager with Scrum Master Certification
  • Min 1 year exposure/experience to infrastructure and/or cloud/networks
  • Strong Jira experience (2+ years) including designing and managing Jira boards to develop ways of working
  • Demonstrated experience using scaled Agile in a large complex environment, as well as working with a hybrid model
