Landholder Relations Specialist Role

This position involves connecting a sustainable energy future for Queensland communities and businesses.

We are working on the CopperString project in North Queensland, building 840 kilometres of transmission lines to deliver a world-class energy future.

As a Landholder Relations Specialist, you will provide expert support for land access matters, ensuring minimal disruptions to project activities.

  • You will develop and maintain awareness and knowledge on emerging landholder issues to inform business operations.
  • Engage with landholders to collect input for corridor planning, environmental approvals, construction, and maintenance processes.
  • Contribute to and manage scheduling activities for property access needs.

Key skills required include:

  • Liaising and negotiating with landholders and stakeholders to achieve balanced outcomes.
  • Crafting and implementing communication strategies for landholders.
  • Developed interpersonal and communication skills, with emotional intelligence to build and sustain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
